At Wells Elementary, we believe that ALL are respected and celebrated in order to learn and grow at high levels. We are committed to building positive relationships and ensuring equal opportunities for all students. Expectations are set high and students have opportunities for reteaching and to be challenged each and everyday. Our staff is dedicated to providing rich learning experiences that meet the needs of all students. We are a data driven school to ensure that all students reach their full potential through the MTSS system. 

At Wells, we are focused on developing self regulation strategies. Our students and staff are practicing the skills embedded in Conscious Discipline.
