IAR Testing at Glenview Middle School

Per state requirements, we will be administering the Illinois Assessment Readiness (IAR) test in Mathematics and English Language Arts to all students next week on April 13th, 14th, and 15th. This test is required to be administered in-person to all Illinois students.

In-person students will be taking these tests during class time on these days.

We will be administering the tests for EMSD Anywhere (remote only) students at the district administration building at 3451 Morton Drive, East Moline. District transportation will not be provided.

Students will need to bring their Chromebook fully charged to testing. Testing will take place in a socially distanced environment with masks required and cleaning protocols in place. We will be providing a snack in between each test. Students may bring their own water bottle, Chromebook, and earbuds. The schedule will be as follows:

IAR Testing for Remote Learners

April 13, 14, and 15 (All 3 days are required for all students)
5th & 6th grade: 8:00 - 10:45 a.m. (Earliest drop-off: 7:45)
7th & 8th grade: 12:00 - 2:45 p.m. (Earliest drop-off: 11:45 a.m.)

During these three days, there will be no live Google Meets. Shortened assignments will be posted in Google Classroom for each day.
