Ms. Roberts was recognized by the Rock Island Regional Office of Education (RIROE) for the January Employee of the Month for the East Moline Early Learning Center. Ms. Roberts was nominated for her enthusiasm, passion, professionalism and her willingness to learn. On a daily basis, she shares her professional expertise, builds relationships with students and colleagues, and finds joy in her work with young children. Due to inclement weather, tomorrow (Friday, January 12) will be a Snow Day for the East Moline School District. Due to the issues we had with our system for online learning, we will not hold an Electronic Learning Day until we get those fixed and make some changes. In the meantime, we will utilize a Snow Day for tomorrow and there will be no school for students and staff. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our students and employees safe.
