We have a new goal at Wells Elementary School, and we are excited to see our Wildcats meet this goal.
Each classroom was given a pumpkin with ten sections on it. Every time the students in the class respectfully follow directions with only one reminder, the class will earn a section of the pumpkin to color. When the pumpkin is full, the class will add a piece of pie to our front bulletin board. It is our goal is to fill 5 pies (30 pieces) by November 22.
We can do it!

Thank you to the East Moline Fire Department for sharing their knowledge with our 2nd graders on Friday. Our students enjoyed seeing firefighter gear in person, and they loved getting a tour of the firetruck. Thank you to these first responders for coming to Wells! 🚒 🔥

A huge thank you to John Deere Harvester Works for our brand new book box. Come to Wells at anytime to pick out a book to take home, read, and keep! It was stocked with great reads today. There is plenty to choose from! We are excited to get books into the hands of our community.
