-The 7th grade finished their volleyball season with an exciting game last night!!
Ange La had 8 aces and 6 digs, Melia Kuffler had 4 aces, 2 assists, and 7 digs, and Adysen Mallum had 2 aces, 1 assist, and 3 digs. It was an awesome game played by all!!! Thank you ladies for a great season!
-8th Grade girls ended their season with a nail-biting win against Wilson last night. Sophia Crouse was stellar with 10 digs and 9 Kills, Sarah Peterson was electric with 6 aces, 3 assists, 8 digs, and 2 kills. Mya Lewis powered through her performance with 3 aces, 10 digs and 1 kill. Jillian Evans had 7 assists and 2 digs to add to the night. Eunice Logo made the gym shake with her 3 huge Blocks in the middle. Nice job ladies.

Latinx Workshop hermanas interested in ordering an "Hermana Strong" t-shirt need to do so by October 24th at midnight. Speak with Mrs. Mojica if you need help ordering. Staff interested in ordering may use the QR code posted in the workroom. 100% of funds raised go towards the Dignity Campaign!

-The 7th grade girls volleyball team faced Jordan last night, winning 1 of 3 sets. Kierson Griffith led the way with 7 aces, 8 digs, and 2 assists. Trynity Davis also had many awesome hustle plays and added 7 digs, and Kayla Vroman added 2 aces and 2 digs. Next up is Wilson on Thursday at home! This is our last game, so we would love to see everyone there!!
-8th grade girls volleyball won their game vs Jordan last night. Jillian Evans led the way with a powerful performance of 5 aces, 4 assists, 6 digs and 1 kill. Sophia Crouse was stellar with 5 kills, 11 digs, and 3 aces. Carmen Lewis's defense was nonstop with 18 digs for the night. The last game of the season is Thursday vs Wilson, don't forget to wear your Pink!

-Today is the last day for 7h & 8th graders to turn in their application to be a part of One By One, the incredible academic program that prepares students for higher education. Signed applications should be turned into the library.Our October meeting takes place next Thursday after school.
-Latinx Workshop will meet today after school in the library, 2:30-4:00. Thanks to all the members for helping with the Dia de los Muertos display. It looks wonderful!

-7th Grade football came home with a win last night. Shoutouts to Dereon McDaniel for 2 interceptions, a rushing, a receiving and a defensive touchdown. Gunner Speckman had a passing touchdown. Heath Sappington blew up the backfield all night. Roan Malone was on fire with a safety. Kevin Mwansa, Matthew Theuninck and Salim Samassa were dogs all night. Great job guys!
