Physical & Vaccine Clinic - Saturday, April 29th Scheduling an appointment is preferred, but walk-ins will be taken until full. There will also be COVID vaccines available for anyone interested (no appointment necessary). All students entering kindergarten, 6th grade, or new to East Moline School District for the 2023-24 school year must have an updated school physical.
