10-15-21 Announcements -If you are a Student Council member, our next meeting has been changed from the 27th to next week, the 20th. Mrs. Campbell contacted your parents about this change. -Today is the last day for Latinx Workshop and One By One members to pay their $10 fee for our university visit. You must speak or email Mrs. Mojica today to remain on the trip. -Attention 5th grade: 5th grade Mariachi class DURING the school day will start 2nd quarter. Students will use school owned instruments. One to two performances will be required as part of their class grade. The first 25 students to sign up will be registered for this exciting class! The google form to sign up has been emailed to students and parents. If you have any questions, see Ms. Hill. -7th and 8th grade boys basketball tryouts are approaching! Tryouts for both grades will be Tuesday Oct 19 and Wednesday Oct 20 from 2:30 to 4pm. You must attend both days. An activity bus will be available. 8th grade will be in the South Gym and 7th grade will be in the East Gym. -7th and 8th grade cheerleading tryouts will be Thursday October 21st and Friday October 22nd from 2:30-4pm. You must attend both days. An activity bus will be available. Tryouts will be in the East Gym. Come meet your study squad! -Soccer practice is cancelled today due to the weather forecast. We will resume practice on Monday, October 18th. For next week, there will be a slight change. On Mondays, only 5th graders will stay after school for soccer practice, and on Wednesdays only 6th graders will stay after school for soccer practice. 9-27-21 Announcements -Volleyball has a home game tonight against Genseo, the start time for the 7th grade game is 4:30 instead of the regular 4:00 start time. -Attention 5th and 6th Grade Soccer Players: First soccer practice is today after school. Please report to the East Gym after school. Only 5th and 6th graders are allowed to stay. For more information contact Mr. Saint Fleur in room 238. -Attention Students who enjoy attending United Township sporting events. UT has new rules related to middle school students attending high school events. If you go to a game, you must go with an adult, and students must sit with the adult they entered with throughout the whole game. Students are not allowed to loiter on the premises for any reason. Failure to follow this will result in the student and possibly the adult supervising them to be escorted from the game.
