-Arrives to GMS on time - Late Bell rings at 7:50am
-Has their Chromebook charged and ready for the school day
-Reviews class lessons each night - Ask your student to explain what they learned that day
-Completes assignments on time

-The Lexia March Madness challenge has come to an end. The class who walked away as champions was Mrs. Palmer's period 8/9. We will celebrate with a pizza party next Friday. Congratulations to the winners! Mrs. Crouch's period 1/2 class were fierce competitors coming in at 2nd place. Good job to all the 5th graders. It was quite the battle. Stay tuned to see what our next challenge will be.

Dear Families,
This year in order to update and refresh student devices, we will be collecting Chromebooks from ALL students currently enrolled at Glenview Middle School.
We will begin collection on Monday, May 20th and will be collecting the device, charger and stylus during the school day. These devices will be cleaned, refreshed, repaired and stored for next year. Please be sure to send the device and any accessories (charger, stylus) to school starting the week of May 20th. Collection dates are as follows:
8th Grade May 20
7th Grade May 21
6th Grade May 22
5th Grade May 23
If your student is attending any of the programming hosted by EMSD over the summer, each program will have a set of devices that students will use during that program. If your student will not be in the district next year, please have him or her let the technician know during the check-in process.

-One By One members visiting Illinois State University in April must turn in a signed permission slip by tomorrow to Mrs. Newton in the library. Permission slips will NOT be accepted after tomorrow. Don't miss out!
