-5th & 6th graders will have Chef Club on Tuesday Jan 17th and Thursday Jan 19th.

Community Health Care (CHC) will be offering onsite school physicals and immunizations for 5th graders in the spring. This is will be the required physical and immunizations for 6 grade. If you are interested in having your child seen at the school, please fill out the online consent form. Students must have the consent form completed to be scheduled. Parent/Guardians are not required to be present if consent is received, but can participate in visit via phone call.
